Stable Soul Retreats offers experiential Corporate Team Building Workshops designed to help teams strengthen communication, build trust, deepen connection, and develop greater awareness of how they work together.
Through interactive, ground-based experiences with horses, participants are invited to explore the dynamics that naturally exist within a team—communication styles, leadership, boundaries, collaboration, trust, and problem-solving. Horses respond honestly and authentically in the moment, creating powerful opportunities for teams to gain insight through experience rather than simply discussion.
No horse experience is necessary, and there is no riding involved.

Yes! Every month we offer one themed workshop and the theme changes each month.
But, we also offer private workshops that allow you to pick your theme and your date.

No. All of our experiences with the horses take place on the ground. No prior horse experience is required.

Every experience is unique, but you can expect a welcoming, supportive environment, meaningful conversations, experiential activities, and opportunities to interact with horses. There is no pressure to share more than you are comfortable sharing.

Stable Soul Retreats offers coaching and experiential personal-growth experiences. Our services are not psychotherapy, counseling, or a substitute for mental health treatment. If you are currently working with a licensed mental health professional, Stable Soul Retreats may complement—but does not replace—your existing care.

We recommend comfortable clothing that allows you to move easily, along with long pants and closed-toe shoes. Boots are encouraged when available. Depending on the weather, you may also want to bring a jacket, hat, and sunscreen…and a refillable water bottle to enjoy our complimentary spa water.
