Equine-assisted coaching is a unique approach to personal growth where horses serve as partners in the healing process. Horses naturally reflect human emotions and behaviors, helping participants gain insight, release stress, and reconnect with their authentic selves.

Not at all! No riding skills or horse experience are required. All activities take place on the ground with the horses in a safe, supportive environment.

We recommend closed-toe shoes or boots, long pants, and comfortable clothing suitable for outdoor activities. Don’t forget to bring a water bottle and sun protection.

Our retreats and workshops are held in Calabasas, California, at beautiful equestrian spaces surrounded by nature.

Workshops are open to individuals, couples, families, and groups. We also welcome teens with parental consent. Private sessions can be arranged for teams, organizations, or small groups.

Horses are sensitive, non-judgmental beings who mirror human emotions. This reflection provides powerful opportunities for self-awareness, emotional release, and growth in ways traditional talk-based settings may not offer.

Currently, workshops are not covered by insurance. However, many participants see them as a valuable investment in mental health, wellness, and personal growth.

All payments to Stable Soul Retreats are non-refundable unless the service is cancelled by Stable Soul Retreats. Cancellations made by the client at least 48 hours before the scheduled service may be rebooked for another available date or transferred to another person. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in the full amount of the service being forfeited. If Stable Soul Retreats cancels a service, the client may choose to receive a full refund or transfer their payment to another available date or service.
